A message from The Kite Trust…

Unfortunately, over the weekend we have had a mass COVID outbreak amongst our staff. Due to this we have had to make the really difficult decision to cancel the Queer Valentine’s event due to a significant lack of staffing that are COVID free.

Sure, you’ve heard of Valentine’s Day… but who says celebrations of love have to be limited to February? In celebration of 2022’s Pride Month, get ready for Queer Valentines!

Queer Valentines is the Kite Trust’s annual variety show fundraiser, back in-person for 2022 at the Cambridge Junction!

Join us in celebrating queer love, queer joy and queer hope and enjoy an evening as varied and sweet as a box of chocolates with performances by drag artist Yshee Black and singer-songwriter CN Lester, as well as Rodent, Tani Gill Dance Company, Max Legroom, and Roary Skaista!

After the show, seek your fortune on one of our Queer Valentines fair games or dance the evening away with the one you love during the final DJ set. This is the perfect event to round off the 2022 Pride Month festivities whilst raising valuable funds for a vital, local cause.

Queer Valentines 2022 is made possible by our generous sponsors:

Queer Love Headline Sponsor: Deloitte / Proud at Deloitte

Queer Joy Sponsors: Compare the Market, PFE Express & the Wellcome Sanger Institute

Proceeds from tickets will go towards The Kite Trust’s work creating safe spaces and offering support to LGBTQ+ young people across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and surrounding areas.
